  What are your store hours?
 

We are open Monday through Thursday 9am to 5:30pm, Friday 9am to 6:30pm, Saturday 10 to 4pm

We are closed every Sunday and on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day

  What forms of payment do you accept?

  Do you offer layaway or other financing?
 

We do NOT have a layaway program at Diversified, however we have had customers who pre-pay for their machines. Please inquire with our Sales Department for details on this option. At this time Apple Financial Services' loan and lease options have been discontinued, but you may want to check with a local provider who will work with you on a plan to suit your financial needs.

  Do you offer special Educational pricing?
 


Apple Inc. prohibits us from offering special educational discounts. We would highly recommend that you compare our prices against your "educational discounting source" - you may be surprised as to what you are getting for your dollar.

  Can I get a customized Apple computer?
 



You ARE able to order customized systems to meet your needs. Customization however will depend on system or case requirements and capabilities. Please contact our Sales Department for further information.

  What if what I want is not in-stock?
 


If it is a regularly stocked item chances are we already have replacement stock on order, otherwise we are always happy to custom order any item you need or desire - at no additional charge!

  What is your return policy?
   
 
  • No returns accepted after 15 days.
  • No returns on any opened software.
  • 15% restocking fee on all special orders or any opened merchandise.
  • Product(s) must be returned with all original packing materials, literature and items. Any missing or damaged items will void the product's return.
  • If merchandise was purchased with a check we require 10 working days for the check to clear before funds are reimbursed.

  What is the warranty on new equipment?
 


All new items are subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty (1-year as a general rule, but some items do go for as long as 3-years). All Apple computers and displays come with a 1-year warranty. The standard warranty can be upgraded to 3-years with the purchase of AppleCare®.

  What is the warranty on used equipment?
 



All used machines sold by Diversified Computers carry a 90-day in-store warranty unless the machine can be covered by the manufacturers original warranty. More information can be provided by our Sales Department.

  What exactly does "AppleCare" cover?
 


The AppleCare Protection plan extends the complimentary 1-year hardware coverage on your Macintosh to three full years from the computer’s purchase date. This comprehensive plan also includes expert telephone assistance directly from Apple for the full 3-years. AppleCare does NOT cover any software problems or problems caused by user negligence.

  Do you take older equipment in on trade?
 

The vintage of the machine will determine if Diversified will consider a monetary reimbursement value. If the machine is outdated beyond monetary value we will consider it for charitable contribution towards one of our donor programs.

  How often do you update your web site?
 

With any newly released Apple product, promotion, or price change we will note those changes on our site. Whenever a third-party vendor offers a new release or special promotion we will note those changes on our site. Whenever the mood hits us we will make changes to our site. The bottom line is ... VISIT OFTEN! ...Afterall, a good web site is a dynamic web site! :-)
