So you have a new system but you want to do more than surf the web and email. It’s time you contact us for a one-on-one training session. Your Mac has a variety of programs and applications that will keep you up to date with today’s high-tech pace. And don’t forget, your Mac can run much of Microsoft’s Office Suite.

System Setup

When you buy a new computer at Diversified Computers, you get more than a fancy box. You get a dedicated team who is only a phone call or short drive away. And because we want you to get the most our of your system, we offer delivery and installation service.

We can set up a brand new system, integrate a computer with your existing network, or add a new peripheral device to expand your system’s capabilities.

Orientation to Mac OSX
If you’re a new Mac system user, you might think it’s a jungle out there: Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard. Sounds like a scary place.

Actually it’s quite the opposite. Mac’s icon based, click and drag operating systems are simple to learn — and use.

In our Orientation to Mac OSX class, you’ll learn:

• basic terms
• common keyboard shortcuts
• system preferences
• applications
• the Finder.
  

You’ll also learn how to install new applications and make the most effective use of your Dock. Within no time you’ll be surfing the Web, downloading iTunes and burning a CD of your favorite tunes.
