  What are your store hours?
 


EXTENDED HOLIDAY HOURS UNTIL DECEMBER 23, 2011

We're open Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm

We will be closed on December 24 and December 31, 2011.

We are closed every Sunday and on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day (and, perhaps, if the weather is just abysmal!)

  What forms of payment do you accept?
 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards, and of course Cash and Check. We cannot accept AMEX.

  Do you offer layaway or other financing?
 



We have a seasonal layaway program at Diversified, and we offer financing through GE Money. Please ask our Sales Department for details.

  Do you offer Educational pricing?
 


Apple prohibits us from offering 'Educational' discounts on computers. Ask us about package discounts and other specials! Contact our Sales Department for further information.

  Can I get a customized Apple computer?

  What if what I want is not currently in stock?
 

Chances are we have replacement stock on its way, and we're glad to Special-Order items we don't normally inventory! Please contact our Sales Department for further information.

  What is your Return Policy?
   
  Policy Regarding Returns:
  • Returns are not accepted after 15 days.
  • Returns are not accepted on any opened or Special-Ordered Software.
  • 15% restocking fee on all Special Orders or any opened merchandise, if accepted.
  • Merchandise returned must be undamaged, and with all original packing materials, literature and other items intact.
  • If merchandise was purchased with a check, we require 10 working days for your check to clear before funds are reimbursed by Store check.

  What is the Warranty on new equipment?
 


All new equipment is subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty (1-year as a general rule. Some items up to 3-years). All Apple computers and displays come with a 1-year standard warranty. The standard Apple warranty may be upgraded through the purchase of AppleCare ®.  Contact our Sales Department for more information.

  What is the warranty on used equipment?
 



All used Apple equipment sold by Diversified Computers carries a 90-day in-store warranty, and used PC equipment carries a 30-day in-store warranty (unless equipment is still covered by the manufacturers original warranty). More information can be provided by our Sales Department.

  What exactly does "AppleCare" cover?
 


The AppleCare Protection plan extends the complimentary 1-year hardware coverage on your new Apple Macintosh Computer to three full years from the computer’s purchase date. This comprehensive plan also includes 12/7 telephone technical support directly from Apple for the full 3-years. AppleCare does not cover software problems, accidents, and problems caused by user negligence. More information can be provided by our Sales Department.

  Are there rental items for special occasions?
 

Yes, Diversified offers rental of video projectors, computers, and accessories. We also have a small conference room! Please contact our Sales Department for more information.

  Can you service my PC/Windows machine?
 


Yes! We have specially trained and certified PC techs (who are usually very busy!). Please contact our Sales Department for available services.

  Do you take older equipment on trade?
 

The specs, condition, and resale value of your equipment determines its value towards a trade on new or other used equipment. Equipment with no resale value may be accepted for charitable contribution or recycling, and may require a recycling fee. Please contact our Service Manager if you have further questions.

  How often do you update your web site?
 

We try to update our site as soon as possible following new product releases, price changes, promotions, etc. Visit often! As used equipment availability changes quickly, please call for our current offerings!
