1. Upfront Purchase price($399.99) and Lease Plan price($199.99) includes cost of satellite equipment and installation.

2. When you connect to the Internet using HughesNet, the upload and download speeds you experience will vary based on a variety of factors including; the configuration of your computer; the number of concurrent users; network or Internet congestion; the speed of the Web sites you are accessing; and other factors. Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of service are not guaranteed.

3.Download Threshold is the volume of data that can be downloaded continuously before the Fair Access Policy may restrict the download speed. Several variables affect this number including speed of download, duration of download, and the plan's Recovery Rate.

4. Recovery Rate is the speed at which a service plan recovers the Download Threshold.
