"You continue to be the best..."
A customer stopped in to purchase new peripherals for his system. Unfortunately when he got back to his house, he needed a little advice on how to make them work correctly. So he emailed Richard Fairweather, our sales manager, to see what options he had. Richard emailed the customer back later that morning, and within minutes, he solved all of the customer's issues and got him up and running just perfectly.
Shortly thereafter Richard received the following email ...
Hi Richard:
I downloaded both and both work. That fixes me up just fine.
Thanks very much. And please thank your Service people too.
I want you to know that over the years —and I mean for at least the past 7 years— Diversified has always been affordable, helpful and accurate, a wonderful store and service to deal with. And for the past two years, I’ve continued to come to Diversified first, always, even though I now live 85 miles away. And you continue to be the best in a business where so many are not even good. In the past, I’ve almost always dealt with Diane. Now I see it’s not only she but Diversified who always get it right.
